Storage is shared by websites, databases and all mailboxes within the plan. Domain registration, renewal and website development are not included. These are shared hosting plans; demanding applications and dedicated servers are quoted individually.

Before you choose a plan
What does hosting include?
Basic, Plus and Business include shared website, database and email storage, HTTPS and setup assistance. Prices are final; the provider is not VAT registered. Domain registration and website development are separate.
Can I migrate my website and email?
Yes. We first review your website technology, data volume and access to the existing host. Scope, price and migration steps are agreed before starting. Keep the old service until the migration is verified.
Is storage unlimited?
No. Basic includes 5 GB, Plus 15 GB and Business 30 GB total storage, shared between websites, databases and all mailboxes. Additional capacity is agreed individually.
How do I order or change a plan?
Select a plan and submit the non-binding enquiry with your domain and requirements. Capacity, pricing, backups and service terms are confirmed before provisioning. Contact support to change plans.
How do I access business email?
Use webmail.markweb.sk or an email client. IMAP uses mail.markweb.sk on port 993 with SSL/TLS. SMTP uses port 465 with SSL/TLS or 587 with STARTTLS. Your username is the full email address.
